Hi everyone, technically the week has ended, but I still have the feeling of it is just Monday and work is still coming in, which means, no time to rest!
Last weekend was full, blocked by filming of our first of the two short film we are filming this semester. Stayed over at Jaryl’s house and before we went back to stay, we went to Changi Airport for dinner at Popeyes’ (the second time I ever ate there where the last time was in 2006 where i ate it in Hong Kong Intl’ Airport). And bought ‘Anything’ to drink. Wa $%&%#$, very nan he lor, will talk about it some other time.
Our actresses (ps no male ones) were so pro and and…wow. Woo they actually know what should they act, and CRYYYY. Thanks Jaryl’s family for the house we used for 3 days. (I broke one of the magnet on the fridge. SHHHHH.)
The two days passed very quickly cuz’ we did not look at the time so filming has to extend till the following Saturday(which is yesterday la). And thus did not go for the NDP rehearsal at Marina Stadium (Walao, they got pizza hut for dinner lor) but instead focus on filming till 5pm. Almost all reshoots were done =D
Wednesday did the whole AAUP project in the recording studio within 2 hours, (ain’t we pro). It’s tiring playing the same piece over and over again just to record different versions of it. But i’m content with what has been recorded.
On Sunday went to Food fair but seeing the KNS crowd I decided to head down tomorrow instead. Went to Nee Soon camp to see what’s the ndp training’s gonna be like and it was very boring when we don’t really see the REAL things performing. (But got free milo in a lorry-stall and a…erm…lousy chicken rice.)
And so is the week. What’s ahead will be the composing two different OST for two different short films, and shooting the second short film with pro actors ($.$), and perhaps I’ll continue with the ndp training if time permits. It’s a good experience and I think even if it (suay suay) takes up the only resting day I may have for the week, it’s still worth it la. Just that you will see darker panda eyes on my face.
So now my favourite drink is coffee without milk but got sugar ok? =D

I wanna send in the short film I made with my VIDP team members into this year’s Digicon, some contest held in Japan. And I have the feeling the Japanese judges will like this kind of wierd wierd themed films. (LOL)
So I need translators, as I need to input Japanese subtitles into the film and perhaps the whole voice over for the dialogues. I also plan to remake the background music to make it more professional and blah blah, all done after the major FYP =) Which I will have exactly 1 week to complete the addons to the film after all the major tasks in FYP are done with.
望まれる日本のサブタイトルのためのトランスレーター! (Erm I’m not very good at jap so you can see lots of grammar errors.)
Isn’t it cool to win the 500 000 yen(about $6200)? No la, I never think that far, I just want the $2000 from Singapore’s MDA.
And perhaps if my fyp group can make it before the deadline, we can send our new work in too. Then the whole group of us will fly all the way to Japan to attend the ceremony (LOL, I’m dream talking)
It’s very hard when alot of professionals are joining this prestigious contest lor, let’s hope =)
