After 忍-ing for weeks, I’ve decided to soft boot into a Linux distribution from Windows XP on my office com.
It is very very very hard to configure all the network stuffs but once I finished with the configurations, it went all well and I would say it’s better than Windows XP!
But but…you can’t seem to install on external HDD. It kept giving me problems booting successfully into Ubuntu! RAWR!
I’ve not been blogging for a long time already. Really busy with ITP eh. Let’s take the opportunity to start with alot of updates while my videos get rendered.
Firstly, it wasn’t easy to be a reporter, having that I must be able to create BIG headings. But I found out my pool of words has start to get smaller and smaller, I guess it’s the lack of reading stuffs nowadays.
But anyway, I got the chance to interview alot of artistes, and now to me, when I see artiste in the company, I won’t go GAH GAH unlike the new colleague at the design department who came this week.
“Ah, that’s Lin Fei Fen (Christina Lin)!”
“…(all stare at her) No, that’s Liyi.”
Wah, her behavior is just damm 天真. I’m sure after 3 months of internship, she WON’T be like that anymore, you’ll get numb to artistes.
Next, my schedule for the month of December. December is the month of holidays so alot of artistes will come to Singapore, meaning, Wilber Pan, Genie, Rainie, F.I.R, Lee Hom will be right here. It all happens that most of their interview days are on Sunday, which makes planning of activities limited to Sunday evening and Saturdays.
I’m very very very fed up with my office computer. Running windows xp and having such a simple editor, namely Windows Movie Maker to edit the footages, I have to restart the computer over and over again in one day just to get things right. I’m not allowed to get my laptop in as well. Why do companies have strict policy? Not like I use company’s network on my laptop.
Well for now I will do most of the videos……at home. Please have them purchase any of the better video editing suite soon, be it Adobe, Pinnacle, Ulead or even Apple, I’ll use it and show it to the bosses, using them will be a faster and better way to create for Web 2.0 videos!
I miss school (both secondary and poly) and I really do. School is much much much more relaxing than work. =) Well, at least for school, I don’t get panda eyes.
I don’t know should I extend my ITP, since army for me don’t even start before April. Yar, perhaps I should just get a fresh job and see what am I suitable for.
I miss my daughter, my friends at polytechnic, sec sch, you, you, you and you. I miss the times of being able to wake up after 10am everyday. LOL
