Well done M1, you knew what the consumers want! WOO WOO! WOO WOO!
I feel noob having to go down and pay the 5 cents. The CSO simply questioned me, ‘5 cents only?’
As 1st September steps in, I’m bidding Starhub goodbye as I’m moving on to Singtel for their mobile broadband services. I had enjoyed their free broadband as on the second year and it had good coverage, Plus, I may be getting a chance to win some good premiums when I switch to Singtel.
I shall see if other providers than Singtel provides a better promotion at the upcoming Comex..er..no..er..Sitex..er… (Well they’re all the same) so I would not have mobile internet access for 10 days T_T
So here goes with the request e-mail I sent them:
Hi Starhub, just wondering why your website doesn’t allow payment of my 5 cent for my last bill with you. So I have to go down to Starhub to pay my 5 cent of bill?
So I supposed I have to go down to pay the last 5 cent then.
Also, please terminate my line as on ONLY after the date of the end of my contract (as stated in the account manager, where it was stated as 01/09/2009). Please do not attempt to process the termination now cause I will still be using your service till the end of my contract plan. It is good blazing fast and good coverage.
I had enjoyed the services by Starhub and it was a pleasure using your service and I have found a better deal on the "Reds". Please reply e-mail in confirmation as I don’t want to receive a big bill of $72 (normal subscription rate) at the last time you will be billing me.
Regards,
Many good years ahead.
Goodbye Starhub, your mobile broadband plan is FREAKING expensive for my small pocket =X However, I’m still with you at the mobile telephone side, so I shall officially bid you goodbye in October 2010.
Till then! LOL.
