When it comes to data bundled plan with free limited data usage, you would definitely need a meter or record to see how much data you have officially used for the subscription month. With the introduction of enhanced data plans from the three telcos, it’s stupid not to have a panel where you let users check how much data they have used.

To my horror, STARHUB DOESN’T have it and you have to wait until your bill comes at the end of your subscription month to get a bill shock (capped at $30), and that’s according to their fan page where Starhub P.R replied to one of the fans with regards to this where they claimed that you can call 1633 to verify data usage.

But, to my horror, the fan called 1633 and was given a reply that ‘it’ll only be reflected on your next bill’
