Let’s get fat from consumption of Mcdonalds. My office is MAD about this and here’s my daily updated collection of stickers on the Monopoly board. (Updated as on 24th Oct, 1153HRS)
HOHOHO。這次肥死了!I remember when I was in Paris 10 years ago, they had the same thing too. But Not as cheapo material as our local one la. Woohoo.
Update: Apparently there are only these few pieces that are valid winning pieces.

100 pieces of Toa Payoh (m114),
20 pieces of Thomson Road (m118),
15 pieces of Tanjong Rhu (m121),
10 pieces of Shenton Way (m122),
15 pieces of Scotts Road (m127),
1 piece of Orchard Road (m129) and

It’s been a long time since I really had the chance to head down to my favourite hangout during my holidays in between NS and Poly graduation – Tampines.
So I was on leave just past Monday and yea, I headed down there to have a walk. To my surprise, POPEYE CHICKEN has landed into the heartland of Tampines! =D

Popeye chicken in Century Square
And duh, since I was there, go and try lah! Oh but, perhaps it’s just opening, and they’re offering one FOC piece of chicken strip on top of 2-piece meal one buys, the Maximeal I ordered, which consist of 1 piece chicken, 2 chicken strips/fillet, two drumlets, mash potato(or any sides) and a drink, was never complete until 10 minutes later where my chicken fillet/strips finally arrived on my table after I have finished the other stuffs.

Maximeal without the chickens strips.

And finally the chicken strips arrived.
But it was good! Personally if KFC and Popeye were to merge and they release a version of chicken where…the skin is of KFC original recipe and the meat is as tender as Popeye’s, it’ll be a perfect match! =X
And let’s roll back to Saturday when I was eating Mcdonalds’, one voice suddenly raised to my attention, ‘先生,一個人嗎?’
I looked up, oh my. It was Shawn(a girl not a guy, oops), Qianling and Duane. Apparently it was so coincidentally that we met cause, they visited Istana open house for some random photography and wanted to eat Mcd’s too. So we ate together and also went to Faidhi’s performance over at Lasalle’s 15 minutes Cafe. Nice ambience, nice music and vocal, and we sat on the upper floor like some reporters taking our DSLRs snapping here and there.

The whole row of us sat on the upper floor, like a row of photography reporters.

But..the place abit ulu eh. You won’t know it’s a campus until you enter the interior. Cooler than SMU. =X

Abnormal but artistic infrastructure
is to sit at some fast food or Starbucks to enjoy a peaceful moment with food, drinks and newspaper. For your info, I read newspaper mainly for advertisement on great deals, only news with photos then I focus on reading. Mwahahhaa.
