Seriously I think they should start a shutter bus service from their MTR station to the entrance of Disneyland. DO THEY KNOW IT’S SUPER HOT AND THE DISTANCE IS SO LONG BETWEEN THE TWO POINTS. Haha.
Anyway, It’s really a big difference between the Hong Kong one and the Paris one. The temperature.
From this photo below we can see Arthur Poh working hard to get best of school promotion. AIya, director, just promote him la. =x

Upon reaching, the big 32-group broke into parts. Arthur Poh led some people to take the MTR to other places while me, sharon, yawen and jiang fan went into disneyland to explore.
So we walked and walked…finally we reached the entrance! It looks like what I saw in Paris in Primary 3. (You don’t want me to dig out the photos of 1997 hor?)

I found the photo of Paris’ and it looks the same! But I’m not scanning it in. Muahahaha. Beg me? Ah, don’t threaten me.
So we walked and walked and walked, (the pics you see are from my camera, but i’m a nice person, i gave my camera to sharon and let her take pics.) they took photos and I took video.
It looks like there’s alot of shops in Disneyland. Mind you, they sell almost the same things. LOL. They sell these same things in every shop you can find…I found it scary as they put so many of the mickey and minnie together.

But I did not intend to buy these soft toys, they don’t look like how they should look like lor. Instead I bought keychains and stuffs. Some of their stuffs are so expensive. They even sell crystals models of the Disneyland. (Who will buy it, later the airport anyhow throw throw, break, HOW).
We shopped around and we walked out. Woah, hotness again.

We decided to explore the attractions and we walked and walked again. Guess what we saw, a mobile store selling funny icecream! They got this jelly nua-nua looking ice cream. It’s nice, although it looks nua-nua-ish.

Yes we sat down and have our icecream. And then we wanted to play so Jiang Fan went to get the fast-queue ticket for us while sharon spotted this, a girl posing in the windows. She really wants to join the America next top model contest isn’t it =x

So we got a timing of 3.35pm if I remember so we heard there is this parade thingy so we went to join the crowd. It’s like Chingay but with disney characters. Haa. Then after that we went for the Disney musical. We queued like…20 minutes! And a bad news came into my phone.
‘Hello Yu Xiang? Your project disc cannot be read. Can you send me a new copy of the disc soon?’ (You want me to fly back to Singapore when i’m enjoying? LOL)

After the musical we felt hungry, very hungry…So..
‘Shall we eat here?’
‘No! $10 one bowl of fishball noodle. Are you mad.’

Of course, why eat there, it’s so bloody expensive. We decided to head out to Qing Yi. The big big shopping centre where I wanted to buy a new pair of shoe at HKD300. We headed first to the MTR station of Disneyland. They actually sell food and drinks in the station platform. Cool, can’t Singapore do that too?

Singapore can’t. They think we will little the place (WE DO. HAHA) The interior of the train is super super super nice. 10 times better looking than our MRT.

So we started to take many photos in the train before it reached the transit station.

Shopped around Qing Yi and we ATE mcdonalds for dinner because er…I forgot? =x hahahaa. But the mcdonalds’ there is no much difference to singapore la. Only they didn’t understand what I said. ‘Fillet O Fish meal please.’ ‘HUH?!’

So we headed back for the firework show. Once again we took many photos but I don’t think you want to view all right. We reached Disney once again and it was already night time. It looks nicer and cooler isn’t it. And the air is cooler too =)

The firework show is long, super long. Do see the whole action in the video I’m going to upload soon. I held the video camera for so long and I nearly felt numb. Haha.

And the firework show is over and we had to squeeze thru the crowd to get back to the entrance for gathering with our 32-group from Singapore Poly.

So this is the end of Day 2. =)
It’s Day 1 of the Hong Kong Trip! The usual first day of every trip is always special to me, cause I will be pulling my luggage from the MRT to the airport! I missed prague trip and brisbane trip you see, in fact I’m missing my choir peeps!

You see, after typing this day 1, i find that it’s really too long so please click Read more to see about the trip and pics! =)
Early morning came some people who are late and we checked our luggage into the plane at 8.28am. Arthur Poh was rather early, as I saw him going into the staff canteen for breakfast at early 7 plus 8. I ate Burger King’s bacon set breakfast and went NTUC to buy myself sweets to survive in HK. Being a person so kiasu, I got nothing to do since I came early and thus, I went around and try to do what I can do, like weighing my luggage. And here is our lecturer, Arthur Poh!

After checking in, it’s time to go inside the departure DUTY FREE area! I thought of buying things, but…forget it, I don’t want to carry it all the way to HK and back to SG again. So shopped around when Yawen went back to her Sakae Sushi to visit her friends there. Then, Sharon wanted to eat something, so someone hor, brought us all the way to the end of the terminal to find a certain fast food. Guess what…DON’T HAVE, and we walked all the way back and had…(what did we had? some mee siam thing right).
So it’s time to get to our gate so we chionged to our gate, but seeing people still strolling around, we slowed down. And we went into the gate…

The wait was rather short and we got into the plane. I’m in the plane again!

Finally into my seat, it’s time to take videos and photos! And here we fly off, zoom, bye Singapore! Lunch was served in the plane and Cathay Pacific got nice wet tissue pack! Look, so nice right? I brought one home.

Lunch is not bad, only thing is that the rice hor…=x Anyway they got nice cutlery set too! So cute and so sad I didn’t bring one set home to keep lor.

(Paisay, it should be upper left, not right, typo, upper right is a cup, how to eat)
How can you forget about the entertainment system they got? I want taiwan variety shows~~ too bad, it’s not avaliable on this kind of short flights.
And here we are, 1400++HRS, we reached Hong Kong. Did I mention the tour guide we all liked? Yes, he’s much better than the one I’m going to mention later!

Hong Kong International Airport is filled with people, esp. Chinese from China(duh) and we took a long time to get our passport chopped with the Hong Kong Customs Authority Stamp. Went out of the customs and woo~ I smell Hong Kong air. The airport was rather BIG, really BIG.

We waited at the arrival hall for people to go in and out of toilet and we are off to the coach. See, the exterior of airport so nice! Can shoot movie!

This is the coach and somehow I think I saw it in Singapore or something? Same company of buses?

It looks ok and it’s a normal coach lor, unlike the intinery stated ‘cosy coach’. Pei! =x
Is it the wind too strong? =x why is arthur poh protecting his hair =x

So we went on sightseeing, getting on and off the bus. However, it seemed like it’s going to rain any sooner when we reached THIS location near the city.

Even the pics I took with myself in it also like going to rain like that.

Sight Seeing is fun as I get to witness the sights of Hong Kong myself. Hong Kong got nice sceneries and nice people too. So when it rained, we ran to a building for shelter. They got this 24hrs operating shop, like 7-11. They call it O.K shop, but people ignored the O and tell me, ‘Hey, K shop’ (KBox open one?)
Jennifer bought alot of stuffs and eventually, she offered us some. LOL

They also got a mobile ice cream booth. I wanted to get one but I’m not willing to spend my first sum of money in Hong Kong just for the ice cream. Ice cream come back Singapore also can eat ma, right? =x
So we left the place and went to a beach at the bottom of the Victoria Peak. The sand there is SO MUCH nicer and prettier than Singapore ECP’s one. And the beach is so BIG.

After all the sight seeing, it’s time to have something for dinner right? We were told we would be going to a restaurant to eat. Restaurant?! Woo..my expection was very very high lor.

Nice food? really ma? Zhen de ma? Fish? Chicken? And more?!
We were kind of hungry.

And we waited for…not very long, the rice is on the table already. (How did they do that? So fast?) Where’s the other stuffs? You only serve rice?

The other stuffs are here and we looked at the food with the ‘WTF is this’ look. My big big fish became this tuna. My chicken became home-cooked chicken. And the rest are veggie! We pay $900 to eat this kind? =x So…we ate and however, much leftovers. and of course, we were suspecting the rice, but aiya just eat la.
After dinner, it’s time to sight see again! The coach brought us to the half of Victoria Peak. The view there is simply WOW! Amazing, Beautiful, and other phrases you can use to describe. There are also some photographers trying to earn money lor, take pics for people than like $6, no thanks, we got better cameras. DSLR ones. lol.

After wowing at the half of victoria peak, the coach sent us to our hotel, eh not hotel, is hostel. =x Ok got difference la, Hostel dun have room service. And WE WENT OUT AGAIN AT NIGHT!
There is this super big shopping centre near our hostel and they got this…

Yes, and others took picture with it also. There is a escalator of 5 floors! from 8th to 12th. Crazy, if topple how? =x I caught a glimpse of the directory and saw Toa Payoh Chicken Rice.. LOL
So we went to try the dessert. the dessert boss is so nice, knowing we are from Singapore, SHE GAVE US FREE DESSERT on top of our paid ones! We love her man, esp. Arthur. He flirted with her! =x Ok la, then we shopped Women’s Street, quite a big and good place to bargain, but I don’t know much Canto, I can only use mandrian to talk to them.
Before going back, I tried this curry fishballs and it was damm nice! Shiok!
And this is end of day 1, and here is my room…
